Returns and right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days from the day you receive the goods, without giving a reason. To exercise this right, email ceraqostore@gmail.com before the withdrawal period expires and clearly state that you wish to cancel the purchase.

After notifying us, return the product without undue delay and no later than 14 days after your notice. Unless the product is faulty or we sent the wrong item, you are responsible for the direct return shipping cost. Please use a traceable shipping service.

You may inspect the product as you would in a physical shop. If it has been handled more than necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and function, we may make a reasonable deduction for diminished value.

We refund eligible payments, including the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice. We may withhold the refund until we receive the returned goods or proof that they were sent back. Refunds are made to the original payment method.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect goods

Contact us promptly at ceraqostore@gmail.com with your order number and photographs where relevant. Your statutory rights for faulty or misdescribed goods are not affected by this policy. Approved return shipping for faulty, damaged or incorrect goods is paid by Ceraqo.

Pre-orders

A pre-order may be cancelled for a full refund at any time before dispatch by emailing us. If dispatch is materially delayed, we will contact you with updated information and the option to cancel for a full refund.
