Order processing and pre-orders

Q-ARMOR is offered as a pre-order. Payment is charged at checkout. The latest estimated dispatch information is shown on the product page or communicated by email. When your order ships, you will receive a confirmation with tracking details where available.

If dispatch is materially delayed, we will email you with updated information. You may cancel a pre-order for a full refund at any time before dispatch.

Shipping destinations, rates and delivery

Available destinations, shipping methods, rates and estimated transit times are shown at checkout for your address. Transit estimates begin after dispatch and can be affected by carriers, customs, weather and local conditions.

Please enter a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact us as soon as possible if a correction is needed; we cannot guarantee changes after dispatch.

Taxes, duties and damaged parcels

Prices include applicable taxes where stated. Orders delivered outside the European Union may be subject to import duties, taxes or handling fees charged by local authorities or the carrier; these are the customer's responsibility unless checkout states otherwise.

If a parcel arrives damaged, photograph the parcel and product and email ceraqostore@gmail.com with your order number as soon as possible.
