Return and Refund Policy

Standard Orders

We offer a 14-day return policy from the date you received your order.

Return conditions: To be eligible for a return, the item must be returned in unopened and sealed original packaging. Items with broken seals cannot be returned.

How to return:

1. Contact us at Ceraqostore@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
2. We will confirm your return and send return instructions.
3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and send it to: Torstensonsgatan 1, 503 42 Borås, Sweden

Return shipping: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping option, as we are not responsible for items lost during return transit.

Refund: Once we have received and approved the return, we will process your refund within 14 days. The refund will be issued via the same payment method used at the time of purchase.

Pre-Order Orders

For pre-orders, a 20% deposit of the total order value is charged at the time of purchase. The remaining 80% will be invoiced via a payment link when we are ready to ship your order.

Payment deadline: Once the payment link is sent, you have 14 days to complete your payment. If payment is not received within 14 days, we reserve the right to cancel your order. The 20% deposit is non-refundable in the event of non-payment.

Pre-order cancellation: If you wish to cancel your pre-order before the payment link has been sent, please contact us at Ceraqostore@gmail.com and we will refund your deposit in full. Once the payment link has been sent, the 14-day payment deadline applies and the deposit cannot be refunded upon cancellation.

Return policy for pre-orders: Once the item has been delivered, the same return conditions apply as for standard orders — 14-day return policy in unopened and sealed original packaging.
