Orders, pricing and payment

Prices and available currencies are shown on the store and at checkout. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are displayed before payment. An order is accepted when we send an order confirmation, subject to product availability and payment authorisation. We may reject or cancel an order affected by an obvious pricing error, suspected fraud or an inability to supply; if payment has been taken, it will be refunded.

Pre-orders

Q-ARMOR may be sold before it is ready to dispatch. Payment is charged at checkout. Any dispatch date is an estimate unless explicitly confirmed otherwise. We will communicate material delays by email. You may cancel a pre-order for a full refund at any time before dispatch.

Delivery, returns and complaints

Our Shipping & Pre-orders and Returns & Refunds pages form part of these terms. Customers have the statutory right to withdraw from eligible distance purchases and statutory remedies for faulty or misdescribed goods.

Safe use

Follow all instructions supplied with the product. Test compatibility on an inconspicuous area where appropriate, use suitable protective equipment and keep the product away from children. Ceraqo is not responsible for damage caused by use contrary to supplied instructions, unlawful use or application to an unsuitable surface, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.

Intellectual property

Store content, branding, product imagery and text are owned by or licensed to Ceraqo and may not be reproduced for commercial use without permission.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms for future orders. The version in force when an order is placed applies to that order. These terms are governed by Swedish law, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections in their country of residence. Disputes may be submitted to the competent court or applicable public consumer dispute body.
