Payment
Payment is taken at checkout. The order confirmation is sent to the email address used during checkout.
Production and delivery updates
CERAQO sends material order updates by email. Any delivery estimate shown during the purchase journey is an estimate unless expressly confirmed otherwise.
Cancellation before dispatch
You can request a full cancellation refund before the order is dispatched. Contact CERAQO with your order number and the email address used for the purchase.
After dispatch
Once an order has been dispatched, the applicable returns and refund terms apply. Your statutory consumer rights are not limited by this information.
